AI Onboarding Tips To help the AI capture your true personality, find a quiet spot and speak naturally as if you’re talking to a friend. Avoid rehearsed scripts—our AI is designed to understand your unique "vibe" and conversational style.
Editing Your Profile Interests change, and your profile should too. Head to Settings > Edit Profile to update profile.
Account Deletion We’re sorry to see you go. To permanently delete your account and all associated voice data, go to Profile> Delete Account. This action is irreversible and wipes all data from our servers.
2. Matching & AI
Weekly Recommendations Instead of a daily rush, your match queue is thoughtfully refreshed every week with a curated selection of profiles specifically chosen to align with your personal "wavelength".
Wave Step into the Wave at any time to converse with your AI companion. Whether you want to refine your preferences or simply have a meaningful conversation, your AI companion is always there to listen and learn more about the real you.
3. Safety & Community
Reporting a User Safety is our priority. If you encounter harassment or a fake profile, swipe left the profile on the matches page and select Report. Our AI moderation team reviews all reports in real-time.
Community Standards Wavelength is built on respect. We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy for hate speech, harassment, or dishonesty. Any violation results in an immediate and permanent ban.
4. Technical Support
Microphone Permissions If the AI can't hear you, go to your iPhone Settings > Wavelength and ensure the Microphone toggle is turned on. Restart the app once enabled.
Login Issues If you aren't receiving your Phone OTP, wait 60 seconds and tap "Resend". Ensure you have a stable cellular connection and that your carrier isn't blocking short-code SMS.
